So what do most kids do at the age of 16? Chase girls? Pop pimples? Run amuck? Steal Dad’s booze? What about importing and building their own Ford 1931 Model A Pickup from scratch? Thats exactly what the youngest of the Jones’s did! Harley found this little gem while over in the states with his Father. After pulling it apart at a Kansas farm and packing it into a container it wasn’t long until this bullet hole riddled beauty found its way on to our garage floor.

It's original form

After a couple of months of chopping, welding, smashing and chopping some more Harley had built himself a very nice lil physco kart to freak Mr and Mrs Picket Fence right out of their “brady bunch lid”. What he has now is a worked 283 strapped to a Turbo 350 box with a Lokar shifter kit, dropped I-beam front axel, 9-inch diff with a air bagged rear end. No Material, No gloss and No polish!

What we are left with is maybe one of the most scariest machines of movement ever created. Mainly due to the fact you have no more then 200mm of windscreen view, no comforts, a solid weight of around 500-600kg and quite a bit of torque. Its enough to put the white glow in the oldest of speed freaks and induce that white knuckle grip. The car has been featured in a range of underground magazines, show posters and flyers, its been featured on Rodders Life Tv Series where Harley was even interviewed. Not bad for a snot nose 16yr old. But now Harley being 19 is now ready to pull it apart again and turn it into a body perfect A model complimented by a gloss black finish. Stay tune for the many updates that will follow.

Fucking love it… how did you do the chassis to lower it?
